Sophomore defensive lineman Chris Hinton of Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross, Ga., posted on his Twitter account Monday that he received a scholarship offer from Tennessee.

"Blessed to receive an offer from University of Tennessee #govols," he tweeted.

The Vols joined Auburn in extending an offer Monday to the 6-foot-4, 265-pound Hinton, who now holds offers from at least a dozen schools, including Georgia, Clemson, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia Tech. He also has added his offers from Miami, South Carolina and Clemson within the past week.

He's expected to be one of the top defensive linemen from Georgia in the 2019 class.
