The top-ranked player in the Sooner state, Hill plays for a school with Tennessee ties. Former Vol Jonathan Brown is one of his coaches and Hill is a top priority for the Vols to get on campus this spring. Brown and cornerbacks coach Terry Fair came to Tennessee together and were members of the class of 1997.
