It would be nice if Iowa still had that staff. Im hoping in the near future when Ferentz is gone, that Barta goes after Brett Belima and gets him back at Iowa. I wouldnt really like to see Ferentz go, but hes kinda going down the same road that Fulmer went down late in his carrer. The recruiting has dropped way off the last 5 years, plus what makes it worse is he's missing out on alot of instate kids that Iowa really needs. He really reminds me of Fulmer, not wanting to really change his coaching style to adjust to the new college game. Im afraid that the game is passing coach Ferentz by. It really showed in the Tax Slayer Gator bowl last year.

What has Kirk Ferentz ever done or won?

Big 10 championships?
National championships?

Should never be compared to Fulmer IMO.
