“It contained the fetuses, approximately 35,” a Cecil County police officer explained. “Some of them appeared to be close to full- term.”

2 Abortion Doctors Face Murder Charges In Cecil County « CBS Baltimore

Why are the Mothers not being charged?..They planed and put the baby's in front of the killers to be killed!

Also the fact that doctors were willing to do this means that they are practicing a political regimen, not “medicine.”...how low can we go. it’s been an MAJOR industry for over 40 years.

I fail to see where these individuals have committed murder. If abortions are legal then the most they should be charged with is some type of failure to properly dispose of medical waste.

Not so fast. I have simply started a discussion which will last five or six posts in which the OP will once again prove his lack of prowess in reading comprehension.

Ha. Well I certainly don't disagree with you about the OP. This has all the ear marks of another full blown abortion thread.

I must disagree. If these abortions were full blown, the remains would not be identifiable. I do not see how the prosecutors can hope to prove the fetuses were not aborted in the womb; however, something shady, or at least unorthodox, was happening with these procedures.

Are there laws against skinning cats in more than one way, though?

I would not say they are unidentifiable. DNA testing ought to still be viable. I don't know about something being "shady." Maryland has very lenient laws on abortion. I guess "shady" is relative.

It is interesting how the prosecutors are trying a legal, end-around by attempting to use the viable fetus law given the fact that late-term abortions are legal in Maryland. The laws essentially say different things.

Malpractice and health code violations at the most.

Fetus compost is a damned good way to mulch a vegetable garden. What a waste.

I am totally opposed to abortion, but I can't see how you can prosecute someone who acted within the law. Can someone explain why a judge would allow this to go to trial?
