Pitt and Nova 2 best wins in the SEC

Oakland and Charlotte 2 worst losses in the SEC

Inconsistency is the name of our game

In a league where teams have lost to Campbell, Florida Atlantic, Nicholls State, ETSU, St. Peters, and Coastal Carolina?

I hate what it will do to our RPI....wins against top 10 RPI teams and losses to sub-100 RPI teams

I know Oakland wasn't supposed to be that good, but they were, they were not just lucky like Charlotte and caught us on a 2-17 3's night

I can't believe we've lost to Indianapolis, Oakland, and Charlotte....all in a span of a month

Really hard to fathom

Very frustrating. Two huge wins against Villanova and Pitt, and they're all for nothing because they'll now be far overshadowed by the two pathetic losses this week. I've thought all along this was probably a Sweet 16 team, but I doubt that now. We should be happy with just qualifying for the tourney this year. There's still a lot of talent on the team, so future years still look fairly bright.

But we do lose Goins, Williams, and Fields after this year. At least performances like this may keep Hopson and Harris in college.

Oakland is likely a tourney team, and although Charlotte sucks, they aren't nearly as bad as some of the other teams that the SEC has lost to this season. St. Peters, etc.

Hate to say it but I think in the end none of the wins and losses this year will even matter

NCAA will ban us from the postseason

They aren't the worst losses, but both games should have been wins......it just sucks that after having huge wins against Nova and Pitt we come out and lose back to back games against Oakland and Charlotte

Winning in college basketball is hard, even against inferior opponents. That is why Memphis' 66 straight conference wins and 134-17 record from 06-09 is so impressive.

The sky is falling!!!!

I'm not sure the season is over as you've suggested. Be patient

From the penthouse to the outhouse in record time. Tuesday wasn't half as bad as last night though. I don't think there has been a worse loss in the Pearl era. That just shouldn't happen, pitiful.

The Oakland loss isn't bad. I haven't watched (won't) last nights game, but the stat line is .....WOW.....pitiful.

Yeah well it was even worse to watch. It was like having a root canal or your appendix removed.

Going into the game last night Charlotte had an RPI of 280.....I'd say that was a bad, bad loss for us
