Josh Shaw, S, Lyndon Trail, DE, may have spelled their names wrong. I believe it's the 10th or 11th players that have transferred in the past 8 months. That's not a good sign.

Not a good sign for who?

:devilsmoke:

Are they starters or potential starters? Or are they leaving because UF is going to load up the next recruiting class at their position?

IIRC there is a thread about this already but for you....Trail wasn't a fit in a 3-4 because of limited range/speed at the Buck also Muschamp was set to pull his scholly because of his classroom ethic. Josh Shaw grandfather who raised him was placed in a hospice so he wanted to be closer to his family.

Rumor has it UT will have 2-3 transfers this month. Happens to every program.

That was one thing that was always good at Mich State. We didnt have enough good players to have any of them upset about playing time, so there were never any transfers. Now we got some depth, and we are seeing a few transfers as well.

Transfers for playing time is always a good thing. Transfers that are starters, not so good.

The occasional "get outta here kid" has to happen as well. But best wishes to the kids with family issues. Life continues on even for the gifted kids!

We will have a few that transfer, like HG said happens everywhere. Some guys just realize they are not happy at a certain school.
