Thanks to RN and AJJ for working hard as heck. Its cool that they got recognition for S/C achievements. They have worked there buts off. Hope RN gets picked up somewhere in the draft.....he's all heart, and could be an asset to many teams in the NFL.

I don't know but I'm guessing the nominations are limited to a certain number per organization: however that organization is defined.

Since it IS on strength and conditioning, I would assume these guys looked at their measurable stats (S&C charts), and the improvement they made over the past year.

This is a very prestigious honor considering it is from the NSCA, arguably the highest association in the country regarding strength training.

I'm currently studying for my CSCS certification through NSCA. Any VolNation members with their CSCS?

it contains small amounts of IGF-1 (Insulin-like growth hormone)....Not enough to actually see any results or gains, but some still swear by it...It's in no way in the same category as anabolic steriods or anything.
