Since many of you here are either living in or near hostile territory. Can you give me your perspective on the Vols? All I get are what I hear or read here in KnoxVegas. Give me your perspective, from the enemy front. If we get enough response, can this be pinned?

I live in West Tennessee and come in contact with a LOT of Bama fans from Florence and Ole Miss/Mississippi St. fans from Corinth. The Bama fans are mostly bitter at CPF and would rather beat us this year than EAT. Ole Miss fans just wanna gripe about Coach Cut and Miss. St. fans don't seem to care much either way.

I'm right here in the middle of GA and the Georgia fans are riding high and really think they've got our number . . . they've conveniently forgotten the 1990s when they completely sucked. Richt has been there 4 years and the bandwagon fans are out in full force.

LadyinOrange, I live in Baldwyn, Miss. which is about 30-35 miles south of Corinth. I drive for a grocery wholesale company out of Tupelo (on vacation this week) and I start off in Corinth on Tuesdays. I see a LOT of our fans up there. Actually, more than Ole Miss or Miss. State, usually. I leave there, and go up to Crump and Savannah. Then leave there, and go down to Tishomingo and end up in Belmont. A bunch of Alabama fans down there, though.

You must never run into any of my relatives down there.

:bad:

Lucky you.

:p

They're SO misguided when it comes to football......

You THINK I'm kidding.

Didn't say you were kidding. Just laughing at the comment. Although, I can tolerate Miss. State, but I DO NOT like Ole Miss. Never have, never will. I swear I hope we kick their sorry little Webel tails all OVER Oxford! :furious3:

What's your take freaky?

There mere thought of there being other LIO's out there freaks me out a little.

Let me set something straight...

there is only ONE LIO. Yes, I have are impersonators, as ALL greats do, but I have learned to take it in stride. Imitation is, after all, the sincerest form of flattery.

I'm in east central Alabama where all we hear about is Auburn and Bama they both hate UT so you can imagine what I go through at work unless they both lose that weekend UT wins :naughty: and also when UT plays one or the other I hear BET THERE :furious3:

After this year, you wont' have to listen about the product on the field from either of them.

I am really fired up about Auburn coming to town this year after what they did to us last year. PAYBACK TIME!

I totally agree, Freak. I hope our defensive line and linebackers cause the "Cadillac" to have a breakdown. :D

I want to see him take himself out of the game like Bo did in 85.

Talk about payback until UT played AU last year I did not have to listen to them
THEY WON THE GAME and THAT IS ALL I HERE NOW and the BAMA fans are talking a little because they do not know what they are going to have.

Bama had their chance last year. No chance this year.
