Write In: None of the above.

Two absolutely awful candidates.

Welcome to the "Party" party, I'm going to write in Tex Cobb for goverore, even though they have outlawed "Party" party candidates that the party writes in, someday they may get the message.

I've heard of dead men voting, but voting for a dead man?

I'll probably go with McWhorter. He'll lose, but I'm just not a fan of Haslam. Most top dems in our state are basically more conservative than moderate GOPers in TN, and Haslam is a big money moderate, and an oil man (not a profession I have any desire to put any faith in at the moment).

P.S. I'd take "Boss Hogg" any day of the week rather than another Cherry flavored Sunkist.

I'm still, for the most part, fairly perplexed as to why so many people hate Haslam and think he's a bad candidate.

Because they are ignorant and think just because he worked in oil that somehow makes him a bad person.

If you watched the debate last Thursday I don't see how you can be against the guy. He gave honest, straight-forward answers. He doesn't sound like a politician when he talks, he sounds like a practical business man that knows what needs to be done to help turn things around.

I'm as conservative as they come, but these ultra right-wingers want someone in there who is going to say "absolutely no government involved whatsoever!" Sorry, but we've gone too far down the path to drastically change things now. Haslam knows this and is going to do a good job because he's a smart person and IMO knows what needs to be done.
