Already working on 2010....

The trio was comprised of teammates from Byrnes high school in South Carolina. The guests were running back Marcus Lattimore, and defensive ends Brandon Willis and Corey Miller. All three are holding early offers from Tennessee as well as other major programs.

Im sure this is pretty standard, but I just wanted to point out that if have a decent year in the field, our next recruiting class is going to be incredible.

I would think that would be one bonus that comes from getting all these early commitments. Since they don't have to worry about still filling out an entire class, they might have some more time to get started on the '10 class.

yeah, i agree. They can get a head start on the 2010 class w/ the early committments. Also the two biggest prospects UT is tryin to get (Brown, Moses) won't committ till late, so they can work on other prospects for 2010.

Not many receivers can dominate a game the way Singleton can. Standing 5-foot-9, he doesn’t do it with size, but with pure, unmatchable athleticism. Just a sophomore, Singleton already runs a 4.39 40, and has recorded a vertical leap of more than 40 inches. He may be the area’s No. 1 prospect in the class of 2010, and major college programs have already begun to take notice of his freakish abilities. "I love Tennessee,Vanderbilt,Oklahoma State,Southern Miss,Virginia Tech,Maryland and Notre Dame."

By S Robertson. Lindsay was surprised to get early offers from LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee and Georgia. He will take some visits this fall and start to get an idea of the shools he is most interested in. Academics and overall tradition will be important to him.

James, who is 6 feet 7 and about 290 pounds, is one of the state's top 2010 prospects.

Unfortunately, these kids rarely leave the state of Texas. The longhorns usually reel in these lineman just as soon as the previous class is signed.

Hopefully Petty is the first of many recruits from the lone star state to head to the land of true orange...

This kid is from houston and I think kids from that area are just as likely to choose lsu as texas.

By B Hayes. Ambkes is called the best WR in Georgia and perhaps the Southeast going into his junior season. He already holds offers from Ole Miss, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky and Auburn and is expecting more on Sept. 1st.
