2011-2012 Roster?

About this time last year, we heard a lot about several players who left UT after their freshman year. I haven't seen any similar stories this year.

Are the players who would have been expected to return still planning to do so? Are all the recruits other than the draftees still coming? Has Serrano recruited any other freshmen or JUCO players who will be on campus next month? Have the new coaches made any room on the roster by encouraging any recruits or returning players to look for happiness elsewhere?

I haven't seen much info to be honest. It seems like, in terms of the in coming class, contact has been made. As for returning players, the few remarks I've seen have all been positive. Coach Mo said they would try to bring in a couple of players, but he also said they were up against it with the numbers. I have been on the look out at places like East Cobb for any mention of the staff, so far I haven't seen any info. It could be they are working west coast juco's, or they could be other places. Maybe an insider has some info. Serrano isin't out on the road, that's all I know for sure. I also know based on Twitter that Serrano is reaching out to former Tennessee MLB players.

Some of the staff has been at East Cobb for the Perfect Game Events that also will be going on this week. ( Along with every other staff and scout in the country! )
