Every year I say I am going to scale back on shows, but I always give in. Here's a thread for all the music lovers to list what you have on tap this year.

3-3 Taproot Spring St Music Hall Johnson City, TN.
3-23 Queens of the Stone Age The Orange Peel Asheville, NC.
4-6 Chris Cornell The Orange Peel Asheville, NC.
4-9 Fair to Midland The Valarium Knoxville, TN.
4-23 Stone Temple Pilots Harrah's Cherokee, NC.

If PJ or TOOL happens to tour this summer, I guess a road trip will be in order as well...

So when i lived in Florida there was a place called Jannus Landing where i saw some of the best live shows in my existence, including my favorite band back in 07.
Now it's called Jannus Live, and i wanted to see what they had coming to town for the hell of it.

First thing i see, my birthday... my favorite band.. my favorite venue... Thanks gf...

i tried to get some APC tix for the tabernacle, but got shut out. that would have been a good show.

rp, did you attend the taproot show? their first album was good, havent kept up with them since.

I saw Taproot back in 2006, they were the band right before Disturbed peformed in Nashville. I was actually disappointed in their performance, they didn't seem to want to be there.

yeah. it was a great show. there were maybe 100 people there and they were playing like there were 10,000. much respect to those guys.

self titled album was intense, i might download some of their other stuff. i havent been to a show since silverchair in 08.

kev actually hooked me up with all of taproot's albums. they are all pretty solid. emotional times is one of my fav songs of theirs.

hey mullet, while you're stuck in mich, this is a pretty cool place to catch a show if you like outdoor venues.
