Tennessee dropped by his school today with an offer.

One of the top prospects in Hillsborough county.
Jr Stats: 102 tackles, 6 pass deflections, 1 fumble return, and 2 fumble recoveries

Chad Simmons:

"People are seeing his film now and he is one of the most flexible linebackers you will see that doesn't have to come off the field."

"He is 6-foot-1, 205 pounds and he can run. He is a real outside linebacker that people really like once they see him."

Oh, my bad. Rivals hasn't updated, UT's isn't on there yet either.

ASSETS: Has a great frame to add weight, very quick feet and good speed.
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Adding at least 25 pounds of muscle mass will be imperative to his tackling abilities.
WHAT WAS MOST IMPRESSIVE: He displayed some of the quickest feet during agility drills and showed the ability to turn his hips and run with backs during one-on-ones.
CONCLUSION: Lewis has close to 20 offers. He is the type of linebacker that fits best against the spread offense. More than ever, linebackers the size of safeties are being recruited throughout the country.

Agreed. If he's a top prospect in Florida, I don't see the Gators letting him get away (especially since top LB's are hard to come by right now).

Lewis was at UTs camp this summer.

He now holds offers from Tennessee, USC (The Real One), Auburn, Oregon, USCjr, UNC, Nebraska, etc.
