He's good. Seems just like a basic center with a decent midrange game. He'll be even better his senior year, and will probably grow more.

It would be difficult to find a young post player with legitimate NBA center size who has as complete of a game as Zimmerman has. He is extremely mobile and has a tremendous set of hands. He shoots with touch out to the arc, has low post moves and can handle the ball. In addition, he plays position defense, blocks shots and rebounds outside of his area. Certainly he can improve and refine all these areas of his game, but the fact that he has this type of skill base is quite impressive.
With an update of the 2015 rankings coming next week, Zimmerman will likely be the top post player on the list.

Funny that Kansas in on just about all these kind of players. They'll probably land him too.

Was thinking about this yesterday...2015 class isn't gonna be a big class, probably 2 or 3 signees at most. That means Martin can target a couple guys and really spend most his time on them, and he's proven that when he targets someone and makes them a priority he usually is in it till the end with them.

So...Cameron Justice seems to be one he's targeted awhile, and possibly Zimmerman as well.
