I think they are going with the script "Pitt" full-time. That's a great call.

Hawaii needs to get on this trend and use their alternate "throw-back" combo from here on out.

Yeah I think this has been a slow change to go back to their classic look. I agree on Hawaii, their old Rainbow uniforms are way better than the mess they wear now.

Also BYU needs to change back to royal blue from navy. They wear the classic look once a year and it's much better IMHO.

I'm having trouble coming up with a team whose throwbacks don't look better than their current unis. Anyone have any thoughts?

I went to a Pitt game a few years back and there were as many fans wearing the old jerseys as the new ones. They definitely need to go back to the old full time. They are really cool and I hope they were them when we play up there in 2021 (I think?).

Not only do the colors POP, but it sends an important message that allows those that might not feel comfortable around a violent, testosterone driven sport to feel that they are in a safe and inclusive space. That's the most important thing these days.

Like them as a throwback, but not the primary. That being said, their primary unis and logos are absolute garbage, and need a redesign desperately.

Yes, that's exactly what they wear them for.....

Michigan's branding switch is the only noticeable difference to their classic look. Seeing the Jumpman on a football uni looks a bit awkward but I'm glad they didn't change anything else. My 2016 prediction: wouldn't be surprised if UGA brings out the black uni's for our game against them.

2016 Shamrock Series uni's are painfully bad.

New UK uni's aren't a drastic change. Might be the homerism talking but the checkerboards are the one thing holding these back.

OK State. Not too hot on the collar or armsleeve details.

Notre Dame needs to stick with the Kelly green as their only alternate until they can come up with something better. Their uniforms have gone to $hit lately

I didnt care for the Tennessee throwbacks that they wore in 2004 -- the fake looking Texas A&M 1940s helmets look pretty bad also
