We lost to Alabama big (3 pick 6's).

Our offensive coordinator was horrible (Jake Spavital).

We had just hired a new defensive coordinator (John Chavis who was well-respected).

We lost to teams who we should not have lost to (Auburn, LSU).

Our QB situation was in disarray (2 5 star QB's transferred).

We hired a new OC, new OL coach, and it's all good.

We also changed the way we did some things (strength program, etc).

Jones needs to re-evaluate his program, the way he does things, and hire a new OC. You've got talent and you'll be fine.

Come back in a week. We should have all of the mattress and couch fires out by then and cried ourselves out. Then hopefully we can talk reasonably.

Fortunately for you guys, Sumlin doesn't appear to be all that stubborn. Not sure Butch shares that character trait.

Incorrect. Sumlin WAS that stubborn until the two quarterbacks left and the offense imploded. It took some adversity to force him to change his views.

Trust me, having watched Butch Jones' Press conference today and having watched Sumlin's last year, they are very very similar.

Remember, we had to five star quarterbacks transfer out last year and another de-commit (Tate Martell).

With Butch as HC, his talent will be wasted. Debord is a sign of the bigger problem, not the main problem.
