2020 Presidential Race

It was recorded.

If nothing more than the video happened he definitely made it out worse than it was. I don't think those were antifa folks either. I do think that going to a government officials house is meant to intimidate them though. Left or right, that shouldn't happen.

Ehh... you put yourself in that position when you run for public office then make unpopular grandiose stands for attention. He’s getting what he wants.... attention.

As long as it’s limited to shouting from the side walk I don’t have a problem with it. Don’t break windows or spray paint the house. I don’t think this was meant as intimidation but it definitely gets your voice heard more than a sternly written email via his website.

If your neighbor accuses you of selling drugs because they saw some people enter your house and leave 10min later, are you then under obligation to let them in to prove you don’t sell drugs?

I can make ridiculous analogies too.
Grounds for a no-knock warrant to be served by swat imo

Sorry, family is at home and you don't have the right to disturb neighboring families. protest at his office if you want him to hear you.

Also, Show me one family that their wife and or kids wouldn't be intimidated.

You and I aren't courts with responsibilities to uphold either. Supposedly in your hypothetical or my hypothetical, a judge would consider the allegations and decide whether a search warrant was in order; but you would hope the people representing your interests would actually do their damn job.

He put them in that position. Like I said, as long as it’s limited to sidewalk chanting I think it’s fair game. Wife my be frightened and call the police but ultimately Josh Hawley brought that on her.

His neighbors have rights to privacy and quiet. Residential locations are not the proper place for political demonstrations. And, yeah, I'd say the same about Pelosi's neighbors, too.

The courts did do their job with the (lack of) evidence put before them.

You see Rudy, Powell, Lin Wood, etc all went on TV and made wild accusations with “proof” for the court of right wing public opinion. Then they went to real court and left that “proof” at the office because they knew it was bogus and the repercussions for presenting falsified evidence would fall on them.

The video I saw showed a few of the "peaceful protesters" on the front porch banging on the door. A well placed .45 and a few trigger pulls would put a stop to that crap.

Somehow it always seemed that court cases were all about "charges", and the courts were all about "proof" - whether the charges can be shown to be valid. Something similar to a person is charged with murder (while according to the prosecution is absolutely guilty), but he's supposedly innocent until the court says otherwise. Apparently the courts are a bit fickle about who has merit ... or standing.
Not at all. The plaintiffs in this one specific case (the 2020 Trump Campaign) that I've been referencing, had the burden of proof when alleging voter fraud. At least as it pertains to this one specific case brought before Judge Stephanos Bibas, in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, those plaintiffs failed to meet their burden of proof, in the written opinion of Judge Bibas.

Then his neighbors should be mad at him for bringing it to their neighborhood as well.

Once the police arrived and explained they were violating picketing laws they dispersed.

No, he didn't. The demonstrators had the decision as to where and when. If they are intelligent enough to object, then they should be intelligent and responsible enough to understand that protests in residential neighborhoods are wrong.

They went to his porch and placed a copy of the constitution on his door. Then returned to the sidewalk.

Someone can have allegations of impropriety; but if they don't have actual access to machines and votes, they don't have proof. What if your neighbor kidnapped your daughter, and you knew, but you couldn't legally get inside his house to take pictures etc to provide proof? This is all about access to ballots and machines.
But they claim to have proof. They call them bombshells on Twitter but don't make the same fraud allegations in a court of law because even those lawyers know better. This is just a front

Ever been on a jury when the prosecution had a major fail? I have. The defense didn't even call a witness - beat the prosecution like a drum. I'd say that courts go on wild allegations all the time - the difference is that cops and prosecutors actually have the authority to get to evidence and proof of wrongdoing unlike those attempting to show there was election fraud where the evidence is "owned" by he state.

When they do tiptoe into the fraud allegations in court the affidavits that people think so highly of say things like "I saw something and I didn't know what was going on, so I assumed fraud." The expert affidavits they rely on don't do any better. They're full of accusations, but they don't set out any methodology, how the methodology has been tested, and if they do talk about what data they relied on, they don't mention where they got it.
