  • Finished 2nd in SEC Tournament
  • 3rd seed in NCAA tournament
  • Ranked #2 in the nation
  • Hosted a Regional
  • Won to Regional
  • Host a Super Regional
  • First NCAA team to win 40 games in 2021
  • Fastest Tennessee baseball coach to 100 victories
  • Won every SEC road series
  • Only lost two SEC series
  • Never swept in an SEC series

  2. Arkansas has 99 in 59 games
  3. DBU has 94 in 55 games
  4. Mercer tied with the Vols at 92 in 57 games

Along with Arkansas, the MOST WINS in the nation at 48.

Yeah, I think at this point, it’s a soft schedule and it’s a one off, and it’s just destiny...there’s been a whole lot of moving the goal posts this year, a lot of “it’s to good to be true”, there is no quit from the top down. I’ve been wrong before, but not this time, we have the guy, you just can’t count them out....gawd I wish we had a midweek game!!!
