I guess she's change in the sense that she would be the least intelligent POTUS in modern history but is that the change America craves?

She's a joke. No doubt. Other than Cheney in my time, the VPs have had little say in policy decisions that have mattered. It's mostly a figure head who at best can cast a winning vote in the Senate

but she cannot articulate what she'll do differently than the administration she's been a part of instead opting for the answer: I'm a new generation of leadership.

if she is change she should easily be able to point the the areas of deviation from the administration she was part of.
