I'm kind of in the same boat.
I think trump winning would ultimately result in a quicker return to a new normalcy; kind of like a gangrenous foot being amputated.
Once trump is gone (four years max - hopefully less), the country will be left with a noticeable permanent limp, but the deadly rot will finally have been excised.

Trump is screaming grievances to get his votes. It may work, but he will never act on most of them because he actually loathes his base. He is smart enough, quite smart actually, to cater to his base.

After all, he did say years before he ran for President, that he would run as a Republican because the Republicans were dumb and would believe what he said. It's well documented. Greatest con of all time

Hey you called someone dude instead of goober. I guess that's progress. It's obvious your hatred of Trump prevents you from having any sort of rational judgement. But the polls are shifting towards him and he may very well win next Tuesday. If you don't think today's speech and garbage bit was effective then you are in the minority. Trump is really good at speaking and reading the room. Obama was also great at it. W was not the greatest speaker but had his moments and Clinton was great as well(His wife not so much). Kamala is just really bad at speaking and engaging and Biden was the worst President possibly ever at it. But you do you........

This guy is a jackass of the highest order, and I hope he is dealt with appropriately, but before we speak about “preserving the integrity of the election site”, it might be worth noting that the posted video of this altercation was likely taken in violation of South Carolina law. I don’t think photos or videos are allowed in SC voting locations.
