To change your bracket name, click on your user profile icon at the top right of the ESPN bracket page and then click "ESPN Profile". Scroll down and change your "ESPN Name" to match your name here. I had trouble naming my bracket as my VN screenname as shown. It just wouldn't work.

My solution was to go to 'My Bracket' under the Tournament Challenge banner.
Beside my ESPN numbered name is a setting button.
Click that, and retype your VN screenname on the 'Name Your Bracket' box.

It looks like several participants need to do this.
