upper marlboro, md. -- as quarterback recruiting is accelerated, schools are already flocking to see class of 2021 quarterback kyle mccord throw during the spring evaluation period.

The philadelphia st. Joseph's prep standout already holds offers from michigan, rutgers, boston college, temple and central michigan, and stanford, penn state, rutgers, tennessee, virginia tech, syracuse, army, temple and connecticut were in to watch him throw last week.

In the above video, the 6-foot-3, 196-pound mccord is in action at the maryland flex 7-on-7 last month. He shows good poise and command of the offense as well as arm strength and an ability to get through progressions.

Mccord's recruitment is in its early stages, but he has a strong connection to rutgers (his father played there) and made several visits there in the spring, and he was at penn state's spring game.
