Yeah but I'm surprised there's not one following the season.

I thought the season started slow then got kinda boring but the last 10 episodes they've really brought it. I loved last night's episode...seeing Logan's reaction when Bauer was coming to get him was priceless.

Season 1 and 5, really the only good seasons IMO.

I'm pretty much watching on cruise control right now, not really buying in or getting that deep into it. The last couple of episodes have been the highlights of this season, but to me that is not really saying much at all.

Just getting way over the format now, over the 80,000 CTU moles, over the color-by-numbers formulaic season structure, over Jack losing loved ones as a means of keeping an audience invested.

I just hope there is something about Jack going after Suberov and the ruskies, Jack Bauer doesnt leave loose ends.

The seed has been planted for the movie.

Leave while you can.

I wonder if he will be the hunted?

or the one doing the hunted, I would love to see Jack head to moscow and beat down down some russians, maybe pull out some of Jack's greatest moments, like feeding someone a towel

Not a huge fan of how it ended. It all felt rushed. Oh well.

Not a big fan of them making movies either. The premise of the show is a 24 hour day with each episode being an hour in that day. How do you incorporate that into the movie? I can't think of a good way to do it...

You could call the movie "2"

It did feel a bit rushed but I was satisfied enough. After Lost's ending I didn't think 24's would be anywhere near emotional but it was a bit there at the end with Jack and Chloe.

As far as the movie, I'm not totally thrilled, I would have rather had closure and the end of the series. I will say however that the TV movie they did last season was pretty good, so I have some faith they will produce something good.

People are really spread on each season. I felt that 4 was the best with 1-4 all being very good. 5 was ok. 6 and 7 were awful. And 8 was ok, mostly the first 16 or so episodes being awful, the last 8 or so being great.

I really enjoyed season 3 with the biological weapons and Chase. Cut his freakin arm off!

My wife is just now watching them and we have just finished season 2. I can't wait for her to see season 3.

Now that both Lost and 24 are canceled I have nothing on TV to watch anymore!

Well, there are people out there proclaiming a new show debuting this fall is the "new 24".

I loved the early seasons of 24, but after a while they seemed to have trouble coming up with new ideas for the show. It was still O.K. this season, but I think it was the right time to end it. I did like the way it ended, with Jack possibly being seen for the last time in the U.S. They could easily do a movie from this ending, if they can come up with a good story.

I just watched the first season recently and just realized how "into it" I was. Season 2 was solid. Season 5 with Logan the first time was incredible in my opinion, although looking back at this last season and how over the top they tried to take his character I wish they had just killed off/ended his character in season 5.

I found seasons 3-4 terrible, as well as 6-8 for the most part. I will never forgive them for the horrendous Almeida angle.
