Not even the craziest UT ending in recent years. That distinction is given to Alabama and North Carolina. :(
edit: Oh yeah, and LSU :banghead2:

Also, the Stanford band comes to mind. I don't think anything will beat that.

Tonight's game ending INT will be a Sports Center (weekly) Top 10 and possibly receive a nomination for an ESPY. IMO.
Yes, that game against the Cal Bears gets my vote as well. That's one for the ages.

There's genuinely a 0 percent chance of this happening.

wildest finish for tennessee? i'd say it breaks the top 10.

wildest finish in all of the FBS? might be top 5 this year, but it's not even top 20 post-2000

i thought it was a great finish though

The pick 6's were nice. I say it is Top 3 this year.

It is a pretty incredible play.

My two entries:

Last Year: Mich State -v- ND. Overtime. MSU lined up for a 49 yard field goal to tie and send it into 2nd OT.

Holder Aaron Bates (punter, and former HS QB) picks up the hold, and chucks it downfield to Charlie Gantt for the TD. Game Over. Suck it Brian Kelly! MSU WINS!!

1978- Mich State -v- #1 Ohio State. Thought to be one of Woody's best teams.

Charlie Baggett throws a 44yd TD to Mike Jones, and then MSU misses the 2pt conversion to make it 13-9

a few three and outs later, MSU has the ball on their own 12, with 3+minutes left in the game. cBaggett hands the ball to Levi Jackson, to takes it 88 yards for the TD. FREAKING INCREDIBLE!!! One of the Epic runs in MSU History.

But, it wasnt over. OSU got the ball on the kickoff and drove down to the MSU 1 with 26 seconds remaining. With :14 on the clock, OSU tried a dive, which MSU stopped. tO$U couldnt get another play off before time expired. But they did run another play, thinking the clock hadnt expired yet. Most of the MSU team had already started to run off the field. O$U ended up in the endzone, thinking they had just won the game.

There were no handshakes, because Woody was trying to get out alive. He punched a couple different students on the field (one who had stolen his hat).

It took 46 MINUTES to sort out who won the game. INCREDIBLE GAME!!

And this was the final straw for Woody, who was ticked that MSU was stealing players from his own back yard in recruiting. He hired a private investigator to find something wrong with the way MSU was operating. They ended up with some minor issues (by todays standards), which put them on probation, but it later turned out that O$U was doing much more at the time, and would never get punishment for it.

Wildest finish for UT has to be the 1974 UT-Clemson game in Neyland. UT scored on the last play of the game and goes for two for the win. Condredge to Larry Seivers with one of the most phenomenol catches I have ever witnessed. Looked like Holloway was throwing the ball away when Seivers came out of nowhere to make the leap for the grab.
