2nd mile charity

Its hard to keep up on the scandal thread and I really want to know about this charity and if it was used as a sex trafficking cover, etc. I figured we could have this thread to post any info in here that comes out about 2nd mile. I honestly hope nothing but I fear the worst

You might be interested in this map I posted in the scandal thread. It show all the counties in PA and the number of youth in each county that were in contact with the Second Mile. The total is 394,000...this thing goes so much farther than just Penn State.

The Board of Directors is listed at the bottom of http://www.thesecondmile.org/pdf/AnnualReport2010.pdf. I know nothing about Pennsylvania. How are these people important?
