3 Baseball Commits for Serrano yesterday

TOS is reporting that Serrano got 3 more commitments yesterday, 1 HS guy and 2 JUCO guys.

Andy Cox is a 6-foot-1 left-handed pitcher out of Memphis St. Benedict. Had been an Arkansas commitment.

6-2, right-handed pitcher Tyler Smith and 6-2, right-handed hitter OF/1B Scott Price from USC Sumter (JUCO) are the two JUCO guys.

Commercial Appeal on Andy Cox:

The 6-1, 160-pound left-hander went 4-2 with a 2.43 ERA for the Eagles as a junior this past season. He pitched 46 innings, walking 20 and striking out 44.

I'm excited! I know this year may be a struggle due to what was left over, but I think we have a very bright future under CDS. I can't wait for the Fall game Friday night! I'll be attending that and making sure I get out of there before the LSU debacle goes down on Saturday. I can't stand to watch it.
