1)Feed the post. I feel like that goes without saying... Jarnell needs to touch the ball everytime down the floor. I would like to see those touches vary from low-post to taking his man from the wing/high-post. I also am looking for Kenny Hall to step up again. He played a nice game against Oakland, but if we are going to be any good without Maymon he is going to have to sustain that.

2)Keep the intensity up. We need to carry over the intensity we showed in the Oakland game if we have any chance of winning tonight. That includes both defensively and on the glass rebounding. If the Vols outrebound them and make life tough for Georgetown on offense I like our chances. I know we are capable of playing the defense, it's just a matter of can we sustain it for more than one game.

3)Jordan McRae Jordan is the X-factor tonight IMO. If can play solid defense, 40% from three, attack the rim, and go for 12-15 points I think we win the game. In fact, I'll go as far to say that after watching us play a few games I truly believe he is the X-factor this season (other than Maymon coming back, of course).

I'm excited, I love watching the Vols play in big games. GBO!

What are your big 3 for tonight?

1. Rebound, rebound, rebound
2. I think we need to run more. I see opportunities there.
3. Team Defense

Agree with OP. Will Hoyas try to keep slow tempo? I just noticed all the 6'8 starters. I assume Georgetown is a deep team

Maybe our D wears out their short rotation? Would like to see us push it some as well.

Big game needed from Jarnell and our outside shooters IMO.

yes. They will slow it down. They screen a lot and will cut multiple guys to get easy baskets. We don't have the height to stick with them in the paint so i hope ccm makes them beat us away from the rim.

1) rebounds. Got to eliminate 2nd chance points.

2) tempo. Maybe this is why Bruce was so successful against the BE. I would love to see the tempo pick up and spread em out as much as possible. Would be great for guys like Golden and McRae to do damage 1 on 1.

3) good ft shooting. I could see ut going to the line a lot.

The last time we beat them it was a young freshman named Tatum that stepped up.
Who will fill the void in this game?

In the first half you got one out of three and that is number two.
