A name along the offensive line that is not getting attention in the rankings early is North Cobb (Ga.) standout Brandon Anderson, but that has a good chance to change this fall. The 2026 prospect picked up an early offer from the Vols and now has over 20 offers including Alabama and Georgia. He has told us Tennessee is a school making him a priority, and we expect him to make it to campus sometime this fall.

We caught up with talented 2026 offensive tackle Brandon Anderson earlier in the week, and it is clear Tennessee is standing out to the Peach State prospect. He hears from multiple members of the staff every week and tells us the Vols are currently his top choice. Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, and several others are involved here early on.

“It was really good,” Anderson said of the visit. “It was really fun. I did not expect it to be this loud. It was a close game, and I love how they competed. I loved everything. I love Tennessee, man.”

“The game day experience really amazed me,” he added. “This is like my first ever being in a loud stadium. It was my first time being in a stadium this loud. I have been to Bama vs. Georgia and Georgia vs Auburn.”

As Anderson’s recruitment has surged, the entire Tennessee coaching staff has done an excellent job of making him feel like a priority.

“They make me feel like this is home a lot,” he said of this. “They push me hard to commit, but I am still looking at the school and everything, but they are my top school right now.”

Tennessee offensive line coach Glen Elarbee has built a nice relationship with the coveted prospect as well. Anderson spent plenty of quality time with the staff during Saturday’s visit.

“Coach Elarbee loves me,” Anderson said of their relationship. “He loves talking with me. “I text with him every day. I talk to him once or twice a week.”

Anderson is clearly impressed by Josh Heupel’s program, and he plans to return this weekend for the Alabama game.

“Tennessee has led for the longest, and I have even more interest now,” he said of this.

On Monday evening, Anderson announced he plans to commit on December 14th.

Funny, clicked on his On3 profile and we aren't even on the main top 5 list... we're just in the pack of 2.7%

Another big time 2026 prospect Tennessee has done an excellent job with is offensive linemen Brandon Anderson. He loved his first game day experience last weekend and returns this weekend to spend more time around the staff. He has a December commitment date set, and the Vols are out in front here right now, in our estimation.
