Any Parking suggestions for small tailgate

Coming to the game this weekend and looking for a good spot to park and have a small tailgate somewhat close to campus. Churches? Businesses? Etc? Something halfway close to campus? More than happy to pay to park. Just something where we can set up a tv and table with food and not be in a parking garage.

The parking garages at the civic colosseum have a lot of grassy areas in their parameter to set up a table and if it rains you can always go inside until it passes.

The stadium bus leaves from there, and for $10 you can ride round trip to within sight of the front gates at Neyland.

I like the parking lot at James Agee and Clinch...really close and usually a really good crowd in there...cash when you park
