Wow, Oklahoma really plummeted. Dropped 7 spots, and with far fewer pts than the team above 'em. Only reason TN moved up.

Allstate Playoff Predictor has us with a ~90% chance to make CFP if we go 10-2, and don't make the SECCG. Doesn't really matter who the 2nd loss is to.

I think this is both the ranking for Indiana and the first time they’ve ever received first place votes.

Seven 5-1 teams in the SEC, and two are 6-0.
Doin' what the greatest conference in the history of NCAA football would do.

What this era will mean for Tennessee's future, or even college football's future, is unknown. So best we just enjoy the present and soak it in so we can tell our grandchildren about the things we saw and how it was.

But in fairness, his comments DO apply to the AP as well. In fact, they have both Oregon and ND ranked HIGHER than the coaches (8th and 13th).

This!!! Win next week and because it is Bama and it is at Bama, we'll leap frog a lot of teams.

Lose and how far we fall will depend (1) on the score and (2) what happens to teams above and below us.
