I am a bit on the negative side especially when something involves a loss to Bama or UGA. I have been a bit critical of certain assistant coaches. Still, I don’t totally trash Gilbert or Heupel so I look positive compared to some of those fools lol.

Give us some examples of stuff you see on there. I don’t use Twitter. Entire site is full of wackos
Well, the younger the person the less personal frame of reference they have for anything, especially since most are ignorant of any sort of learned historical perspective nowadays as well. Therefore they are prone to huge emotional swings over minor things. Think VN game thread on steroids. Many of the youngest fans have spent their whole lives online and so have depersonalized other people to such a degree that they are absolutely ruthless towards coaches, players, other fans, fans of opposing teams, anyone really.

The stuff I have seen that really has ticked me off is really nasty stuff about Joey, Max, anyone who makes a bad play, etc. To me it sort of goes back to that Teddy Roosevelt quote about daring greatly. Joey/Max are actually in the arena. They are attempting to do great things and succeed or fail they are each worth a hundred of the timid souls being nasty on Twitter/X pointing fingers. I'm not saying folks can't be critical it's just the level of personal attacks on Twitter/X is way out of control.

Twitter brings out the worst in everybody. It has always been a toxic cesspit of BS and inflammatory rhetoric. The site is built on generating likes and engagement, and the quickest way to attain those goals is to say the most bizarre **** possible.

Just delete your account and move on. I did a few years ago. It isn't worth your time.

Wow. Not surprised. Cowards would never say it to anyone’s face.
