Getting 4 points with Florida in Gainesville feels like an early Christmas present for those that like to "play the ponies." Id like to say we go down and take care of business against GATA, but I'm old enough to know that wins in Gainesville are about as rare as hens teeth.

I'll believe we win in the swamp when I see it. Florida is still playing hard and they are talented. Don't know what happened at Kentucky but the way they played Ole Miss certainly didn't look like a team that has quit.

Florida certainly seemed to play much harder against Ole Miss than they did Kentucky. However, the final score was a bit misleading. Ole Miss dominated the game but made some mistakes that kept Florida in it. They had an interception that gave Florida the ball on the OM 5 yard line and turned the ball over on downs twice inside Florida's five yard line. They outgained the Gators 538 to 326.

Kentucky randomly has been good against Florida of all teams. I get Florida under Napier stunk, but Kentucky is 4-2 vs them since 2020. We are 2-3 since 2020 with another potential win or loss coming in 6 days.

I'm on the opposite end. I'm taking Fla +4 and on the Money line and hope I lose money. We haven't won there in 22 years, so you play Fla until we prove we can win down there. We tend to take double digit losses there and Heupel is due for one of his bad road losses. I hope to hell I'm wrong, but I see Fla winning by 10+. And I'd gladly sacrifice lost money to get a win down there. I just don't trust Heupel on the road.

I have often wondered how and why Florida has been able to get inside of Tennessee's head. The all-time record is something like 32-21 Florida.

But, we're 3-17 the last 20. It's gotta be similar to GA and Alabama. GA can't beat Ala to save their lives. I have no idea why we can't beat Fla more regularly.

We are actually thinking the same thing....Florida +4 at home against Tennessee SEEMS like an easy pick for Florida to cover.

3 W's and 17 L's is just shameful. Let's hope that Saturday starts the turnaround, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Florida has lot of talent that has been terribly coached.

Every other play, we look loster than last year's Easter eggs. I see little chance that we suddenly become a solid team. We have the talent on Offense but I fear that UF has nothing to play for except getting their anger out. I see them teeing off on our receivers on every play trying to injure them. Even if we win, we lose. I've watched us wilt like wet toilet paper at the slightest adversity when we play Florida. This team, especially our defense, would do the same this year. This game goes 1 of 2 ways.... One team boat races the other. I don't see this being close. Either Florida starts beating the brakes off us and we quit or the exact opposite happens.

Absolutely. And I've never wanted to be more wrong in my life and hope we are. Best Case scenario, TN wins by 1 and I'm Happy on both sides. I'll probably spray a little on Fla and the ML, but hitting +4 a lot bigger.

Until we prove we can win there and Heupel can prove he's not going to lose a bad road game a year, I've gotta ride with the trends
