Not Confident Vs. Houston.

I like our group of guys, but it is still going to take some time to find the best mix of guys, that all understand their roles on the court and gel well together. I saw a step forward at times against Rice.

Beating Houston may not happen, but shouldn't be too concerning. This is a team that should gradually improve over the course of the season and hopefully be peaking by the time March rolls around.

Agree. Bet Rick does as well.

I was thinking last night watching some of the Duke/Kansas and Kentucky/Mich St. games...winning those games would be nice for either team...BUT...those programs are to a level just having the top competition is grooming your team. I FEEL like Rick has our team in that same vain. We simply may lose 2-3 of these upcoming gauntlet games...BUT...still developing our team lineup/chemistry is prob more important. Of course...I'd still LOVE to win them. Now....if we were playing for example, a pathetic UNLV team, AT HOME, and lose by double digits...NOT much positive, IF ANY, comes from that IMHO....
