Florida is 3-1 at home this year.

Lost to So Florida but beat the hell outta Texas. They’ve not won on the road. Completely different team home vs away.
I still don't see why anyone with any knowledge of history in this series even entertains a win in the swamp this year. It's almost comical. It really is like Charlie Brown and Lucy with that damn football.

Yea, you're right jeffy, don't know why the Tennessee team is even traveling to Florida to play the damn game.

Because we don’t have a defeatist attitude like you. Some are so weak-minded it’s almost comical.

Yet in reality, not a single thing from any game in the past has anything to do with the game on Saturday outside of the thoughts and emotions of the players.

As much of a prick as Curt Cignetti is, I really liked a response he gave a couple weeks ago. I think it was during the pregame, the sideline reporter asked him about Indiana having never won a game at Penn State before. He said "This team has never played here".

Well, they won by 8 against Texas, lost to USF and would have lost to Miss St if they hadn't completely botched the end of the last drive. They have played mostly better at home than on the road but part of that is because every road loss has been by at least 10 points.

Well, the Vols did find ways to lose to Georgia and Oklahoma this year. The Vols have been the better team many times and found a way to lose to the Gators. I’d love for them to break the spell but I just don’t have faith in this staff to put a competent game plan together or make adjustments if it all goes to hades.

It will take a better performance than we’ve seen the past few games from us. Got to limit turnovers. Every time we play in the swamp it feels like we have a disastrous play that puts us in a hole early.

I'm not confident at all. Joey throwing multiple picks in last couple of games. We seem to turn the ball over quite a bit and our defense gives me no confidence that we can stop the rushing attack of Florida. Banks refuses to spy a mobile quarterback. get ready for 7-5.

We’re going to lose. Think it. Believe it. And be pleasantly surprised if we win. If we lose, you’ll be right. If we win, you’ll be wrong but ok with it because we won. No lose situation.

While I think we can win, I don’t expect it. I don’t think we are a very good team- avg at best. And I love the Vols but a realist. This team hasn’t improved since UGA. We make the same damn mistakes and now we have a turnover problem.

I won’t be surprised if Legway (sp) has a big day against us - both w/ his feet and 200 yards in the air. And, I can see their front 7 frustrating Joey causing 2-3 turnovers.

I say this as a fan who has watched every game since 1992. Hope I’m wrong !

My one hope is how cheap the tickets are. Hopefully Tennessee fans will gobble those up going into a holiday week where lots of people probably won't be working.

You're so edgy and intelligent. Wish I could have the foresight you have.

It's because we are fans who root from the sidelines. If people didn't believe we ever had a chance the stadium would look like UCLA's.
