I think it is a very good hire for them. He will be very competitive where ever he goes. Just depends of his NIL and his assistants.

I really do think Florida is going all in on Kiffin.
The announcement by the AD at Ole Miss earlier this week tells me he is circling the wagons in terms of booster money, NIL funds, etc. to make sure Lane stays in Oxford or makes it EXTREMELY hard for him to leave.

FWIW - Arky has to know that this is just a stepping stone for Golesh. They need to have a plan in place already for 3 - 4 years from now.
He will end up at a REAL, BIG TIME, NC Contender - like an tOSU, ND, Bama, Tenn, Texas (keep an eye out here in 3-4), etc.

They got a great coach, and they have lots of money. I'm calling it now--he's gonna do some damage in the SEC. I know some of you guys don't like him but just hide and watch what he does when he gets his staff put together and he has time to get his players
