Oh there's no doubt the SEC isn't what it was last year but there have been some nice wins and I don't think the conference stinks necessarily.Remove G5 teams and post their record. I mean look at Sunday for example:
SEC is freaking 1-5. UK has been dreadful. Florida was a top 5 team and has 3-4 losses already. Tennessee lost to unranked Syracuse and Kansas. Auburn has 3 losses. No one is doing well other than Vandy. Miss State doesn't even have a winning record.

GTFO with that rationale, we do knee jerk around these parts.Last season's SEC was considered one of the best basketball conferences in history. That meant it had a lot of experienced senior leadership. So this season's initial decline was predictable.
So let's be patient and see which talented youngsters grow fastest, and which portal transfusions find their flow soonest.
Well, yeah, but the 89 of those wins (not to mention two losses!) are against Q3 and Q4 opponents. The SEC is 13-32 against Q1 competition and an astonishing 3-8 against Q2 competion.
That is... not good.
