I’m getting tired of reading about quitters. No one on this team besides maybe Brazzel is worth remembering. Too many great Vols to celebrate for me to remember the likes of anyone who let Vanderbilt whip them.

Play like you give a damn about the Vols or I can’t give a rats ass about you.
I understand the sentiment. With all the $$$ involved now, it's even easier to be cynical.

Just end most of the bowl games and go to a 24 team playoff. These players don’t care about the MCB and Mayo Bowls
Fans don’t care that much either about mayo bowl, etc. McB a little more only because it’s a home field type game. I mean I always want to see the vols play though.

Yes, he should absolutely risk his health to play in a meaningless bowl game. Why even have a dream of playing in the NFL when he could just devote his life to TN because that's all there is in this sport.

Seriously, four more days.. What’s to gain? Is opting out code for got kicked off the team for disruptive behavior?
Exactly. There’s a lot to lose. He’s played a lot of football games for this university and done helluva lot more for this school than me and most likely you. It’s not like he’s opted out of a CFP game or even a prestigious bowl game. This gives Herring and Ross an extra opportunity to get more reps against a physical B1G team.

Are they conducting gain of function research in practice? What’s this health risk? We didn’t lose McCoy on the gridiron
