Picked up some tix today. Will be driving up from the Atlanta area tomorrow. We came up in 2021 (or whenever we played Purdue) and got in a horrible mess parking-wise. We were quite a walk on the east side of 24, but the worst part was that the traffic police and cones wouldn't let us access 24 south. Instead it made us stay on city streets until we were north of town to get on 24 to head towards Chattanooga. Anyways, any advice on where to go to park for a better experience this time?

It's only going to be worse this year with the stadium construction. Good luck

We came in from Atlanta and are staying across the river from the stadium. We are planning on getting an uber or catch a bus from here, as the area around the stadium is a mess

Enter into downtown from the West side. Traffic will be lighter because of the holiday week work wise downtown. It's never bad anyway during the day well before rush hour. Park in any of the downtown lots serviced by Metropolis. Just easier for those that scan QR codes or many are license plate readers and you scan if you don't already have a Metropolis account. Come in Charlotte Pike (known as MLK right in town) past State Capitol building. Once parked you have a short 10 minutes walk across the Metro Courthouse property and over the Woodland Street bridge. Do not walk over the James Robertson bridge because it'll take you nearly to the interstate and then you have to backtrack some. The Woodland Street bridge dumps right down at the north end of the stadium. When you get back to car, just exit downtown back out the west side. It'll be a ghost town when the game is over on that side.

Just get downtown well before game time and you should be fine. You can park at the Metro Courthouse (Historic Metro Courthouse NOT free parking but very reasonable), take the elevators up to the Metro grounds level and walk south towards the Woodland Street bridge. This is literally across the river

You might be able to walk across the river via Woodland Street bridge or the pedestrian bridge depending on the hotel you are in quicker than an Uber ride, if you are close to 2nd/3rd avenues

Nashville has bus routes that go to the stadium too, might consider parking somewhere and riding.

Staying in an Air BNB over on Spring St. I’m good with walking if possible, or I thought of the bus or an Uber to avoid driving over

Dude great advice. Are you a local downtown parking attendant?

I'd almost just go with option 2. Simple and easy walking over the Cumberland then taking a walk to the right to the stadium.
