This. Mc coy...Gibson...hood...Redmond. All four have played well and likely NFL guys. At least half of them in the 1st and 2nd rounds. Why replace that? Oh well. It's his staff. Will trust he has a better option

If what was posted earlier is true, it wasn't Martinez Coaching them. It was Earnest Thomas the last few years. He's now been let go. Curious how true that is

We definitely need a change/upgrade with the aggressiveness of our defense as a whole if we expect to WIN playoff games. If we can get a solid strength and conditioning coach we can start being the more physical team moving forward. Heupel needs this to work

I'm with you brother. I actually thought Willie was doing a good job.

One thing I know for sure. Heup has the fire to win. I'm shocked at all the changes he's making.

I believe he’s been considering retirement for a couple yrs now. Chop leaving most likely also
