This seems like too much of a coincidence. Why else would Heupel be personally visiting a 2027 3 star CB prospect in the middle of the transfer portal window?

Why would Heupel not be in Knoxville for Chaz coleman's visit?? I highly doubt Ty would leave Bama if he decides to not make a move for the league.

There's also several portal D guys in Knoxville today, I think, so Heupel being spotted in Martin is quite the vote of confidence that Knowles has the reins for D moves or so it would seem.

I hope it's not taken as a diss by the Penn State guys and others in town for D spots and I assume the jet or a fleet of State Troopers can get Heupel back to campus quickly.

That’s the only thing that makes sense. I know someone at ON3 was talking about Tennessee and Oregon beings teams to watch with Simpson.
