So they can't do both? It has been said that it takes 2 season to learn JK defense. So I am looking at 2026 as a wash. Anything bowl eligible is a win.

Agree. Lisfranc foot injury takes months of post-surgery recovery and rehab. No way he’d be in 100% playing shape by next season.
