I hate to see Ross go because I felt like he still showed potential, but I have faith we will bring in at least a couple highly rated dudes. There are 7 available edge guys rated in the top 50 players currently.

You've got to recruit HS kids for foundation and culture. You can't build culture with transfers. Transfers are meant to fill big needs, because those should be developed experienced players that can contribute.
The best way to handle this is not get attached to kids. Just imagine that they're faceless and nameless. The Power T never changes, but the players do. Some will be VFLs and some will be impacful players that we may remember.
