He went to MTSU first. Heupel brought him up. Still makes me sad he's not a Vol but from what I heard, the kid didn't want to leave. He did, however, want to play and not sit the bench. Looks like another Tim banks screw up. He's from middle TN. Happy for him but wish we'd have kept him.Did he? Wow that was stupid. Why would he say that? Smh
Pay? Why do you assume it was pay. My word is that he was wanting a more guaranteed role and that he an absolutely wanted to be here. I think this is a big reason Banks is no longer here. This looks even worse in light of Boo and how poorly that played out. For me, it all falls back on Heupel. Boo and Nico are about as bad a circumstance as you can craft. Tennessee was a playoff team and was clearly shown how far they needed to go in the loss to OSU. Instead of putting their foot on the throttle, they basically slept walk through the portal season.such a joke we didn’t find a way to pay that man
There’s no damn way he wouldn’t have started this year. He’s miles ahead of anything we had at nickel this yearPay? Why do you assume it was pay. It goes to show how dumb these millionaire coaches can be. They can read 40 times, height, and weight.. but they can’t ever seem to evaluate aptitude and desire to get better. For every bag grabbing Jakobe lost, there’s another bag grabbing Jakobe gained. Not to worry.
