I'm going to go out on a limb and say after watching this I'm sold Josh knows he has a hidden gem in George MacIntyre. After watching this tape I'm sold on him, he just needs to add weight... some of these throws it does not matter the level of competition, they are perfect. He is also WAY faster running than Joey, he is probably faster than Hooker.

Honestly, i'm excited for him. Hopefully he doesn't feel disrespected bc we're going after a QB in the portal. He needs his chance to shine but if you're heupel, you're feeling pressure at this point where you have to get someone proven for your job security. Hopefully Gmac stays, competes and earns it.

Nobody said he wasnt talented. That doesn't necessarily mean he's mentally ready to run a college offense and understand college defenses.

Y'all talk about needing to get experienced guys out of the portal on defense. Unless we have stumbled upon the next Trevor Lawrence, Tebow, Manziel type, I'd rather play a freshman LB over a freshman QB every day of the week.

Some people are talent blind, it's fine. Watch the tape, look at ball placement, and his top end speed for starters, the kid is fast, elusive, and can make all the throws unlike Nico.

George weighs 200lbs soaking wet! On a 6'6" frame, that is too damn skinny to play a 9 game SEC schedule and I'm sure he understands that. The kid cannot gain weight for some reason. He has got to find a way to put on at least 20 pounds between now and August

I don't think you realize how fast he is look at 2:03, maybe Brandon is faster but it's not by much.. but the throw at 5:39 is what tell me he is elite, it will have NFL scouts drooling.

I don't know how much Gmac gets in nil,.but I would guess it's substantially less than some of the portal Qbs have been offered.

Gmac had already rode the pine for a season. It's time to play or move on.
