Holdup...you think 2 inexperienced QBs with no real cfb snaps are better than the nation's #2 passer 30+ tds nearly 4,000 yds...what on earth are you basing that opinion on?

Come on guys, VOLS have two 5 Star QBs on the roster. No need to panic. Anybody can be a third string emergency QB to just hand the ball off if need be. Heupel will find somebody to fill that role.

I mean what is tampering even? Schools can’t pay an athlete to play for them. Collectives are merely working out a business transaction with the agents or family to see if they will be available and if so the football coach might have a place for them

Paying football players like Pruitt did isn't a "crime" but it was enough to cost us a lot of money, probation, bowl eligibility (voluntary,) scholarships, etc with the NCAA and we are still under those sanctions.

Tampering with players not in the portal carries similar NCAA penalties.

It's not a crime but it's a rule the NCAA can punish schools for breaking.

Exactly. It's another bogus NCAA rule that will be tossed as soon as anyone gets hit with it and takes them to court...where they'll lose just like one everything else.

"Tampering" is no different than corporate headhunting in the business world.
