See where Pavia has signed with an agency and declared for the draft.

Does this mean the lawsuit where he was the main plaintiff, but included Aguilar is dead?

Where does that put Heupel and Tennessee in regards of a third QB on the roster?

See also where a former Heupel QB from UCF has entered the draft. Could that be the guy Heupel was angling for when the Leavitt deal fell thru?

If I understand things clearly, the lawsuit was started prior to the 2025 season when Pavia had JUCO + 3 years of D1.

Pavia now has 4 years of playing D1 NCAA football (2 at Vandy and 2 at New Mexico State), and the JUCO years don't matter. So, the lawsuit no longer applies to him.

I'm not a lawyer but I think it's a class action lawsuit now so the "lead plaintiff" can drop out but the lawsuit will continue. There's also no guarantee Pavia will drop out of it even if he's going to the NFL.
