He is a QB. I don't think his current body of work or inability to make much impact two years ago when they couldn't pass to save their lives at Michigan would make him a very soothing solution to the a) desire for experience or b) hope for someone who pushes to make the room better if not start.

He has a -100.00 QBR for 2025. If he is any competition for G-Mac and Brandon then UT is in worse shape than anybody knows. Why waste the NIL money on a guy who won't win any SEC games.

Like coach Gundy I'm a grown man, I don't whine. My solution is UT has 3 QBs on the roster ride with G-Mac and Brandon. If they get down to a 3rd QB the season is over anyways, why waste NIL on a QB that won't win SEC games. If you can get a cheap option just for depth then bring any warm body.

We started 4 QBs in 04 and went to Atlanta. Those days are certainly over. That being said let’s just get the best 3 we can get and try to win every game.

Danny Wuerfel had a noodle arm. At this point they have failed in evaluating QBs. They had plenty of options and dropped the ball.

I read we have a 3rd QB. Probably walk on or former walk on...had a white kid sounding name. I dont see the need to bring anyone else honestly. Which ever QB wins QB1 this year...prob Gmac...will have Faizon behind him. If both of those guys manage to get hurt this year and be unable to play....the season is well and truly screwed. It won't matter who gets to stand in there and hand the ball off 50 carries a game while we lose.
