1971 - I was 6 years old when my Dad took me to my first game. We beat # 5 ranked Auburn that day 35 - 20. I was hooked from that day on.

In 1979 at the age of 14, I attended the game with Rutgers 13 Tennessee 7. I got to go with my uncle's ticket since he didn't wan't to go see lowly Rutgers. Because of the pathetic performance against Rutgers, my uncle didn't want to go see Notre Dame beat the crap out of Tennessee so I got to go the next week to see Tennessee beat Notre Dame 40-18. I was hooked after that.

I think it was homecoming 1994. We got tix on the street for like $20 for the pair because it was already halftime. After that I didn't attend another until the 98 season when I was at every home game plus the SECCG. The Vols have never lost a game that I attended, including men's hoops.
The other side of that is, the Lady Vols have lost every game I attended.

Young pups! 1960 Alabama as a 5 year old. Sat by an Alabama fan and grabbed his hands when he started clapping when Bama scored. Scolded by my mom but he laughed it off!
