We're set up nicely in back end (lb/2ndary), and have decent depth at position (DL). on paper. but it's a grown man league now. can't put all eggs in S&C basket.

if the florida kid gets another year, that's a pro body you gotta go get. he's been in your camps and likes RG.

It's like we did just enough to be competitive but not enough to truly compete for a title. But at the same time no one thought Indiana had a chance either so who knows

Did JA ever actually enter the portal? Would be nice if we could get him back in that spot. We need a veteran.

Can you imagine the uproar by some insiders if we paid the big bucks for another QB and then he was an option?

Well I mean they went and got THE best defensive coordinator, they could get. got THE beat S&C guy they could get. They offered the best QB in the porthole. Just that Kiffin tampered and offered him a house, car, and other crap.

We needed another DT. We know how good we were in '24. We have a ton of talent, best recruiting class arguably in country.

Gotta stop the run though.

My understanding is he is out of eligibility but staff feels good about his chance to be given another year. Kid visited and said it went well.

We have room; and have a package. If he wins, and doesnt stay at UF he'll come here.

Dont know why he didnt turn pro.

Who cares, the game has changed. It's all about buying the best team you can every year.
Brandon wasn't starting this year anyway and probably thinking he'll be ready to beat GMac out next year

They'll leave when our fans want to fire Heupel for not making the playoff next year anyway. Do whatever gives you the best chance to win.

Tenn. was trying to get some of the best QB‘s in portal and failed. If Joey gets eligible he will be the starting qb because the other two are not ready to play.
