You sure losing a kid like this is heading in the right direction? Especially on a team where the very issue is lack of leadership? Please read the attachment above from Lathams father. Got her degree in three years, a model student, chosen for the Vol leadership program, always wanted to be an LV and is appreciative of her time here. Can't wait to sign the graduation pole. Was cited by Kim recently as one of the best hopes for team leadership.

Sure you want to make her out to be a bad guy for leaving? Or could there be circumstances around the program making it impossible for her to stay?
